Atelier Dreiseitl
What has design and a higher quality of living got to do with art? How does sustainability and a holistic assessment of our immediate landscape affect the way we function and interact daily? The very geographical construct of Singapore has created a set of challenges that require an eco system of organizations and individuals working across all industries to create a healthy and vibrant nation.
Commonpeople was fortunate enough to speak with artist and landscape architect Herbert Dreiseitl, founder of Atelier Dreiseitl. In our conversation, Herbert was kind enough to share with us his insights on the importance of sustainable design and the work he is doing in Singapore. He believes that growth can only be attained when synthesis of design, technology, cultural understanding and art are consciously amalgamated in society.
Special thanks to Herbert, Leonard, and Evi (you the awesomest).
